Application Form

The students are advised to read the following instructions carefully and download the application form. They may send their applications electronically but one completely filled-up form along with supporting/required documents and recent passport size and full photograph duly attested by Gazetted officer should also be sent to society's address by ordinary post.

Guidelines for filling the Online Application Form

Before applying online, the students are advised to read the following instructions carefully. Process of submission of Application for Scholarship consists of two steps:

Step1: Students are required to 'Submit the Application Form Online'.

Step 2:Post the hard copy of the Application form along with self attested relevant documents(refer Annexure A) at the Society's address.

Note: Students are requested to submit the Application Form only once.

In case he/she faces technical issue in taking out the printout of Online Submitted Form, he/she can download the Application Form(MS Word Format) from the icon given below. The downloaded Word form should be filled digitally before taking out the printout of same. Sign the form with blue/black pen only.

1. Open the "Online Application Form" from the icon given below. Application Form will appear on the screen. Students are required to provide the correct and accurate data in the form. Click at the "SUBMIT" button after providing complete data in all the fields and all scanned copy of documents to be zipped and uploaded. Students are required to send the zip attachment of all the certificates/documents as mentioned in the 'Annexure A' in Online submission. Now Step 1 of the process of submission is complete.

2. Now take a printout by clicking at the "Print the Application Form" that appear below the message of successful submission of the form. Student should sign with blue/black pen in the space provided for signature. If the student faces difficulty in taking out the printout, he/she can also download the Application Form in MS Word Format . Blank form in MS Word will open which needs to be filled digitally and not hand-written. After completing the form, student needs to take a printout of the same and sign it with black/blue ball pen only. Paste the passport sized photo in the space prescribed for the same.

3. Hard copy of the Application along with self-attested photocopy of all documents/certificates mentioned in the Annexure A and two self addressed envelopes should be sent to our Society’s address by ordinary post at:

With the compliance of Step 2 ,the process of submission of application is 'Complete'

4. Students can apply online only within time mentioned in the website as "Last Date of Application Form Submission".

5. After last submission date, applicants will be shortlisted for the interview. No correspondence regarding selection procedure will be entertained by the Society.

6. The shortlisted applicants will be sent interview letter to appear for interview. Shortlisted student need to carry all Original Certificates (Annexure A) at the time of interview. Students will not be considered for Scholarship in case he/she fails to bring original certificates at the time of the interview.

7. Interview of the shortlisted students is held approximately after1- 2 months from last date of submission and they are informed of interview date well in advance through email and contact no. provided by them in the application form.
Applicant not receiving the interview letter should presume their non-selection. Society will not entertain/reply any query in this regard.

8. Applications may also be emailed to mpsfer6@gmail.com (Note: Only in case there is a technical problem in submitting Online Application Form).

9. Please ensure that all information provided is correct and accurate. Submission of false information and certificate will be ipso facto null and void and also punishable under the various provision of Indian Penal Code.

Please note:
1. Students will not be able to edit once Application Form is Submitted.
2. Students are requested to submit the application only once.
